How do I retrieve a lost license key?

Does Trip Plan need an internet connection?
The only time you will need an internet connection is once a month when updating your database. Trip Plan will let you know when an update is available.
Will there be Trip Plan iPhone app?
We are planning on releasing an iPhone and iPod Touch compatible version of Trip Plan in the very near future.
Where is “Help” in the app it says there is no help
Trip Plan was designed to be easy, but we know that there are always some questions. Please review the guides in the “Tour” section of the Trip Plan product page here.
How do I get data updates and how often do I get them?
New Airport data is available once a month. Trip Plan can be set to “Automatically” check for new updates on your time schedule. You may set it to check everyday if you like. When new data is available Trip Plan will let you know and give you the option to download and install the new data along with any application software updates that may be available.
